Our houses in Arbus, Costa Verde
We run holiday apartments in Arbus, inland from the Costa Verde. Casa Bruna is open now; others will follow. These are real houses in a real village, not units in a resort — a deliberate choice, and below we explain why.
Casa Bruna, our first apartment in Arbus
Sixty-seven square metres, two bedrooms, one bathroom, sleeps up to four. It’s in Arbus itself, in the village. That means the bakery is open in the morning and there’s somewhere to eat in the evening without getting back in the car — on the Costa Verde, out of season, that isn’t a given.

Where the houses are: Arbus and the real distances
Arbus isn’t on the coast, and it’s worth saying so plainly: it’s the village you reach the coast from. In exchange you’re ten minutes from the mines, you have shops and services open all year, and you don’t pay summer prices for a house twenty metres from the sand.

These are real driving times, not the optimistic ones the maps give you. The last stretch to Piscinas is unpaved, but an ordinary car handles it.
What you’ll find in every house
An equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included. A garage that locks, for bicycles and motorbikes. Free street parking — no meters, and no twenty minutes spent looking for a space the way you would on the coast in August.
Short stays, long stays and out of season
A single night is possible, at its own rate. From three nights up, in autumn and winter, the terms are better: those are the months when the Costa Verde is at its best and least crowded, and the price reflects it. Live availability and prices are on the booking engine.

You book directly here, with availability and prices updated in real time. Payment is by card at the time of booking; on the flexible rate, cancellation is free up to ten days before arrival, with a full refund. Tourist tax is already included in the price.
